Mr. Ramayan Singh Yadav

Mr. Ramayan Singh Yadav's journey is a true inspiration of struggle and success. From selling ice cream in Mumbai at the age of 18 to support his education, to working as a laborer in a carpet company and later managing accounts — his life reflects dedication and perseverance. In 1983, he started his own carpet business, and later in 1991, stepped into the building materials sector. Alongside this, he served as a government teacher from 1995 to 2018. In 1999, under his guidance, the business was restarted and has since grown steadily. His vision and values continue to guide the business even today.
Mr. Komal Yadav
Born: 7th July 1986
Mr. Komal Yadav took responsibility of the business in 1999 at a young age. With dedication and honesty, he strengthened the business and expanded it into wholesale operations in 2011, connecting with hundreds of dealers and retailers. In 2018, he entered the TMT distribution segment and later became the District Distributor of JDS TMT in Ghazipur in 2022. Under his leadership, the business achieved the Highest Sales Award in the factory for consecutive years (2024–25 & 2025–26). He built a strong network of 650+ dealers and retailers. The journey started with Komal Cement Store, and with growing demand, Vimal Steel was established in 2018 to strengthen the wholesale segment.
Mr. Ashwini Yadav
Born: 20th August 2005
Mr. Ashwini Yadav represents the new generation of the business with a modern approach and strong dedication. After completing his schooling from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, he stepped into the business in 2022 to manage retail sales, reporting, and daily operations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and performance tracking, he successfully expanded the retail segment. His efforts led to the Highest Sales Award in ACC Cement across Ghazipur district (2024–25). Currently managing the business alongside his studies, he plays a key role in strengthening retail operations and managing business performance with modern strategies. His goal is to take the business to the next level by combining traditional values with digital growth.
